On Saturday, 2/2/08, KCCA held a luncheon in Future Star restaurant in Overland
park, KS. 200 people joined the luncheon, enjoyed the delicious food and
the chance to get together to share the good news of past year and bless
for the coming prosperous new year.
The kids enjoyed the face painting, balloon, and tattoo during the luncheon.
Thanks for the sponsors from following organizations and individuals, KCCA
gave out more than 50 presents to the attendees for a good luck of a coming
rat year. The presents including some value more than $100 auto rice cookers.

二月二号，农历腊月二十六，星期六，堪萨斯华人联合会（KCCA）在福兴楼（Fortune
Star Restaurant）举行了鼠年迎新午餐会。大约有两百多华人和美国朋友参加了这
次聚会。大家欢聚一堂，共享福兴楼特别准备的中式菜肴，互道新年祝福和美好的
愿望。堪萨斯华人联合会还为来宾准备了丰富的抽奖奖品，奖品总额超过500美金。
抽奖活动把聚会推向高潮。中得奖品的朋友高兴万分，没中的也为中了的朋友鼓掌祝
贺。联合会还为大家准备了卡拉OK，气球，扑克牌，画画等娱乐项目。在热热闹闹
的节日气氛中，孩子们的脸上，胳膊上画上印上了美丽图案，刺花等。大家度过了
