The Consul-General Huang and his delegation from the Consulate-General of the People¡¯s Republic of China in Chicago visited Kansas City on Feb. 25 2009.
The Kansas City Chinese Association (KCCA) and the Edgar Snow memorial Fund hosted a reception welcoming Mr. Huang¡¯s delegation with the attendance of the Mayor Pro Tem Skaggs. During his visit, Mr. Huang also met with local Chinese community representatives at the Bo Lings Chinese Restaurant in the plaza.
