Subject: [KCCA] Update on the KCCA Hope Fund Earthquake Relief Efforts
Dear members
and friends,
It is time
to give everyone an update after all the votes have been counted by KCCA. All
donation pledged for the KCCA Hope Fund Earthquake Relief Efforts will be used
to reconstruct a school in the earthquake impacted area except for the
donations received from the KU Medical Center in the amount of $2,880.00 which
have been sent to the Consulate in Chicago.
The KCCA
Hope Fund plans to provide the public a road map of the school reconstruction
project in the earthquake impacted area by June 30th 2008. Thanks to all of
those who participated in our fund-raising efforts. If you are willing to help
these victims find healing through education, particularly children and their
